NII Holdings, the owners of the Nextel brand in South America, hired Landor Associates to implement a cohesive re-evaluation and redesign of its brand strategy and identity. Crossing six countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, and US headquarters) and three languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese), my team was responsible for the entire brand implementation, including implementation strategy, budgets, guidelines, translations and transcreation, in-person brand training, launch, and a comprehensive online brand center to support it all.
