Project operations

As Director of Project Operations for The Guild, I supervised all aspects of each project, providing infrastructure and support for the account and creative teams. Each project was matrixed (see below) for estimated hours and cost, and then schedules were built. Using a web/database application I developed (see below), actual hours were reported back by team members and compared to initial projections. Monthly retainers & project profitability were proactively managed in this manner.
