Rapidly growing from a ten person niche shop to a full service agency with 60+ employees, Swirl brought me in to consult on developing a standardized process and workflow. When I started on the project, lines of communication were getting crossed, mistakes were being made and deadlines were being missed. After interviewing key stakeholders from across departments, as well as speaking to outside vendors, I developed and documented a complete project process and workflow. By defining and clarifying existing departmental roles and responsibilities, I was then able to position a Creative Services team to support the effort.
